  • ½ cup Butter unsalted
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar sifted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the brown sugar and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and gradually beat in the powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Use immediately to frost your cake or cupcakes.
