Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups diced potatoes peeled
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 each pie crusts store-bought or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, potatoes, milk, melted butter, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Line a pie dish with one of the pie crusts. Pour the corn mixture into the crust.
  4. Cover with the second pie crust. Seal the edges and cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
