Pennsylvania Dutch Corn Pie
A traditional Pennsylvania Dutch dish, perfect for a hearty meal.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 2 cups diced potatoes peeled
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 each pie crusts store-bought or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine corn, potatoes, milk, melted butter, flour, salt, and pepper.
Line a pie dish with one of the pie crusts. Pour the corn mixture into the crust.
Cover with the second pie crust. Seal the edges and cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
