Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Duck about 5-6 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground White Pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Rinse the duck and pat it dry with paper towels.
3. Mix honey, soy sauce, five-spice powder, salt, and white pepper in a bowl.
4. Brush the mixture all over the duck.
5. Place the duck on a roasting pan and roast for 90 minutes, basting occasionally.
6. Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving.
