Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 units eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pecan Praline Topping

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely.
  5. For topping, combine brown sugar, cream, and butter in a saucepan. Cook until thickened. Stir in pecans.
  6. Pour topping over cooled cheesecake. Chill before serving.
