Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup Heavy cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool.
  5. In a saucepan, combine pecans, brown sugar, and heavy cream. Cook until thickened. Pour over cooled cheesecake.
