- 6 cups Day-old bread, cubed
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
