- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- 4 Pears peeled, cored, and sliced
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Apricot Jam warmed
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
Arrange the pear slices on the puff pastry.
Sprinkle sugar over the pears.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the pears are tender.
Brush the warm apricot jam over the tart.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
