Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Pears, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Combine pears, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a large pot.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens (about 45 minutes).
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
