- 4 cups Pears, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1. Combine pears, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens (about 45 minutes).
3. Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
4. Let the jars cool to room temperature before storing.
