- 4 cups Pears peeled, cored, and chopped

- 1 cup Honey

Combine pears, sugar, honey, and lemon juice in a large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and reaches a jam-like consistency, about 1 hour.
Pour the hot pear honey into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
