Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet Pie crust store-bought or homemade
- 3 Pears sliced
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Butter cut into small pieces
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine sliced pears, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
Arrange the pear mixture in the center of the pie crust, leaving a border around the edges.
Fold the edges of the crust over the pears, pleating as necessary.
Dot the pears with small pieces of butter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the pears are tender.
Let cool slightly before serving.
