Filling
- 6 pears, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine sliced pears, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over pears.
Bake for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and pears are tender.
