Pear Blue Cheese Salad

Salad Ingredients
- 4 pears, sliced
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 0.5 cup walnuts, toasted
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced pears, crumbled blue cheese, and toasted walnuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
