Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, and honey. Add to the wok.
  6. 6. Return tofu to the wok and toss to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
