Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cups Melted Butter
Filling
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and powdered sugar, and mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
