- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually add milk, mixing until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
