  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips melted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter. Mix until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into egg shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze the shaped eggs for about 15 minutes.
  4. Dip the frozen eggs into melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment paper.
  5. Let the chocolate set before serving.
