Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe

- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
Add the milk and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
