  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the peanut butter mixture until well blended.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, then spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are golden. Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into bars.
