Peanut Butter Brownie Sundae Recipe

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
Sundae
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely, then cut into squares.
To assemble the sundaes, place a brownie square in a bowl, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with peanut butter and chocolate syrup, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
