- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mashed bananas about 2 large bananas
- ½ cup peanut butter creamy or chunky
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt to the wet mixture. Stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
