- 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well.
Add beaten eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
