Peach Vanilla Preserves
Sweet and delicious peach preserves with a hint of vanilla.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Peaches peeled and chopped
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice fresh
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. Combine peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a large pot.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture thickens, about 30-40 minutes.
3. Stir in vanilla extract and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Ladle hot preserves into sterilized jars, leaving ¼ inch headspace.
5. Seal jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
