Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Peaches peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a large pot.
  2. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture thickens, about 30-40 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in vanilla extract and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Ladle hot preserves into sterilized jars, leaving ¼ inch headspace.
  5. 5. Seal jars and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
