Peach Pie with Frozen Peaches
A simple and delicious peach pie made with frozen peaches.

Pie Filling
- 4 cups frozen peaches
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon butter cut into small pieces
Pie Crust
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts two crusts
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Place one pie crust in the bottom of a pie dish. Pour the peach mixture into the crust. Dot with butter pieces.
Cover with the second pie crust. Seal the edges and cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Let the pie cool before serving.
