Peach Kuchen Recipe
A delightful peach dessert with a buttery crust and creamy filling.

Crust
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter cold, cubed
Filling
- 4 peaches sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg beaten
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
Arrange peach slices over the crust.
In another bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and beaten egg. Pour over peaches.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is set and lightly browned.
Let cool before serving.
