Ingredients 

Filling

  • 6 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Topping

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter cold, cut into small pieces

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the cold butter pieces and mix until the topping is crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peach mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
