Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 0.5 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; stir into the batter alternately with the sour cream.
Fold in the peaches.
Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the top of the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before serving.
