Ingredients 

Cobbler

  • 4 cups Peaches sliced
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Butter melted

Sundae

  • 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peaches and sugar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk until just combined.
  4. Pour melted butter into a baking dish. Pour batter over butter, but do not stir. Spoon peach mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
