Peach Cobbler Sundae
A delightful dessert combining the flavors of peach cobbler with ice cream.

Cobbler
- 4 cups Peaches sliced
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Butter melted
Sundae
- 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peaches and sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk until just combined.
Pour melted butter into a baking dish. Pour batter over butter, but do not stir. Spoon peach mixture on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
