Peach Cobbler Bars
Delicious peach cobbler bars that are perfect for any occasion.

Crust and Topping
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Filling
- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
Press half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
In another bowl, mix the sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Spread this mixture over the crust.
Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the peach filling.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
