Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Melted butter
  • 0.25 cups Sugar

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 units Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Peach puree

Topping

  • 2 cups Sliced peaches
  • 0.5 cups Peach jam

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and peach puree.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for 60 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Top with sliced peaches and peach jam before serving.
