Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups Melted butter
- 0.25 cups Sugar
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 units Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Peach puree
Topping
- 2 cups Sliced peaches
- 0.5 cups Peach jam
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and peach puree.
Pour filling over crust and bake for 60 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Top with sliced peaches and peach jam before serving.
