- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 2 balls burrata cheese
- 1 cup arugula
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Slice the peaches and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and add to the bowl.
3. Add the arugula to the bowl.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently and serve immediately.
