Peach and Blueberry Cobbler
A delightful cobbler made with fresh peaches and blueberries.

Filling
- 4 cups Peaches, sliced
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour over the fruit mixture.
Drizzle melted butter over the batter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
