Peach and Blackberry Cobbler

Filling
- 4 cups peaches, sliced
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in milk until just combined. Pour over fruit mixture.
Drizzle melted butter over the topping. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
