Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Egg whites at room temperature
  • 1 cup Caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch sifted
  • 1 cup Heavy cream for topping
  • 1 cup Mixed berries for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form. Beat in vinegar and vanilla. Fold in cornstarch.
  4. Spoon mixture onto prepared baking sheet, forming a circle about 8 inches in diameter. Smooth top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Turn off oven and let pavlova cool completely in the oven with the door slightly ajar.
  6. Once cool, top with whipped cream and mixed berries. Serve immediately.
