- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pound raspberries
- 1 pound pound cake, cubed
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
2. In a trifle bowl, layer half of the pound cake cubes.
3. Add a layer of strawberries, followed by a layer of blueberries, and then a layer of raspberries.
4. Spread half of the whipped cream over the berries.
5. Repeat the layers with the remaining pound cake, berries, and whipped cream.
6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
