  • 300 g pasta
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot.
