Parmesan Truffle Fries Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 large Russet potatoes cut into fries
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Truffle oil
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Remove from oven and drizzle with truffle oil. Toss with grated Parmesan cheese.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
