Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Russet potatoes cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Truffle oil
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with truffle oil. Toss with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
