  • 1 loaf French bread sliced in half lengthwise
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered bread.
  5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
