  • 4 fillets Tilapia fresh or thawed
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Bread crumbs plain or seasoned
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Press each fillet into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
