Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon Unflavored Gelatin
  • 3 tablespoon Water for blooming gelatin

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine cream, milk, and sugar. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour mixture into ramekins. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
