  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip each fillet into the beaten eggs, then coat with the panko mixture.
  5. Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
