  • 200 g Paneer grated
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, bread crumbs, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  2. Mix well and shape the mixture into small balls.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the paneer balls until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
