Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken shredded
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 Lemon sliced for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add carrots and cabbage, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cooked chicken, soy sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add drained noodles and toss to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with lemon slices on the side.
