Instructions
1. Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
3. Add carrots and cabbage, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add cooked chicken, soy sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
5. Add drained noodles and toss to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot with lemon slices on the side.
