  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings and buns.
