Main Ingredients
- 2 fillets Halibut about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
1. Season the halibut fillets with salt and black pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add the halibut fillets to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
