- 4 pieces Cube Steaks
- 1 cup Flour

- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. Tenderize the cube steaks with a meat tenderizer.
2. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
3. Dredge the cube steaks in the flour mixture, coating both sides.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
5. Add the cube steaks to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
