  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ cup Buttermilk
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions

  2. 2. Dip each catfish fillet in buttermilk, then coat with the cornmeal mixture.
