Pan-Fried Barramundi Recipe
A simple and delicious pan-fried barramundi recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 fillets Barramundi skin-on
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges
1. Pat the barramundi fillets dry with paper towels.
2. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Place the fillets skin-side down in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
5. Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
6. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
