Main Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
2. Add melted butter and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 16 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and roll in bread crumbs.
6. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
