  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine milk, oil, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add tapioca flour. Stir until smooth.
  4. Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, then add the eggs and cheese. Mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
